The Estate Shiraz
The Estate Shiraz comes from our vineyard in the Eden Valley, nestled in the rolling hills of Pewsey Vale. This wine is delicately balanced and well-structured, making it a classic Eden Valley style Shiraz that will delight all red wine lovers. Boasting beautiful, lifted violets on the nose and an oak influence, the Estate Shiraz is on another level.
The Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
The Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is deep purple in colour and exhibits complex aromas of violets, blackcurrants, and plums. The palate is rich with pronounced black cherries, mulberries and a hint of star anise — making it well rounded and silky with lingering tannins. The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon offers a complex depth of flavours that differ from traditional Cabernets' greener and drier styles. The Estate Chardonnay
