Luke has become undoubtedly a fan favourite, and some may say the face of the franchise. After all of Luke’s persistence in his quest to become the most important asset of the galaxy, we believe a glass of Estate Chardonnay is only right.Â

This Eden Valley Chardonnay displays creamy lychee and pear notes which are complemented by toasty undertones and lingering acidity. To achieve this complex palate, the wine partially underwent secondary fermentation, and the wine was aged in oak for 8 months before being bottled. The lengthy devotion put into this good chardonnay reflects Luke’s long journey from youth to finding his true identity and potential. Additionally, this Chardonnay is pale gold in colour which is the perfect wine for the Light side of the Force as Luke will never submit to the power of the Dark side... a red.
