Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir

Crafted from premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from our cool-climate vineyard in Eden Valley, this sparkling wine is a testament to balance and finesse. Using Charmat method, the base wines from 2023 and 2024 vintages were blended to create a fresh and vibrant wine. Secondary fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, capturing fine bubbles and preserving the delicate aromatics of the fruit. The wine was bottled under pressure to retain its lively effervescence and crisp finish.

Eden Valley is renowned for producing some of the most beautifully intense sparkling wines, and this Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir is a standout example. Vibrant aromas of lemon zest, white peach, and brioche lead to a refined palate of ripe stone fruits, wild strawberries, and crisp acidity. Perfect for celebrations or pairing with fresh seafood.
