This Museum Release Riesling displays aromas of butter toast and marmalade with a fine youthful edge still evident. The palate is beautifully precise and deeply complex, showcasing toasty lime and orange marmalade flavours, revealing those exquisite qualities that aged Eden Valley Riesling is famous for. The finish is long and dry and whilst superb now, it has potential for cellaring for another 4 years or more.
